Done the job in a fairly timely time

My visit was for a leaking driveshaft seal. I bought an extended warranty when I purchased the used vehicle. The service advisor contacted the warranty company and got my leak covered, after spending 45 minutes on hold. Steve, the service advisor contacted, went about and beyond. Also, a mechanic found my oil cooler hoses were also leaking. Steve was able to get it covered, too. Great job!

Easy drop-off, kept me informed, simple pick-up. Thanks!

Very friendly and helpful

Steve the service guy was very passive. He was short with a attitude. I showed him evidence to back up my concern on my vehicle and he absolutely dismissed it. Told he about the last service how they left caps off that could have cause the vehicle engine to blow and no responds. Dismissed but noted.

Service department did a good job. But the whole purpose of buying a new vehicle is dependability, only 14,000 miles and put me afoot ! NOT impressed with their dependability.

There was no pressure. We were able to test drive and given time to discuss our decision.

Service center is just awful. The people are okay. The waiting room, amenities, and just overall level of care of your customers is awful. To spend 80k on a vehicle and then when I call, schedule service, and show up at my appointment. They always seem completely confused as to who I am. It would make sense to just take a little initiative to treat customers kindly. Know who they are before they come in and greet them because… well they made an appointment so you should know who they are and what they are driving…. Update the waiting room, take some pride in the dealership. The chairs have been the same ones since you probably built the place. It looks dated and old and must and just nasty.

Zach was great to work with. I had a tight timeline, and he prepared everything ahead of time. They suggested the Xylon protection, and that was also a very simple process. Zach and the Marion Chevrolet team were professional, easy to work with, have answered all of my questions, and I highly recommend them.

I had a coupon for my service - it was not acknowledged. Just taken and put to the side. Price remained the same. If the coupon was not valid a comment telling me that would have been helpful. In hindsight I should have asked. Probably won’t go back

As I had never driven this vehicle, no one showed me about all the different features. I had to go and ask someone how to put into gear before I could leave.

Personal treatment with information and recommendations were given. Friendly courteous people made the visit pleasant.

Scatter brained, no organization. Not sure how hard it is to know returning customers, their vehicles, and service history. I buy my third vehicle in a row from here, this time a 90k truck and they still treat you with less of a welcome than the DMV. I ask “did you rotate my tires last time, because if not I’d like it this time” the response is “I have to check you in first” then never mentions anything else about it.
